Building Work Near Fiesta Algarb Playa D'en Bossa

I have been advised by Portland that building work is underway at the Ibihogar Beach Development opposite the Fiesta Algarb Hotel .Could anyone tell me the extent of the work.If you are aware of the location do you feel this would be disruptive to our stay{arriving on 28.05.03} as previously we have been advised of extensive building work {Gran Canaria} that amounted to a skip being filled on the odd occassion.

there is a law here which prevents construction work in the holiday season. in theory you shouldn't have any near you.

the work near algarb is neally done. if you ask for a room looking over the pool. you wiil be ok...woody
