Phoned expedia who said there's nothing they can do, then phoned BA who said "don't give me none of that jibber jabber FOOL" (= no), despite offering to pay etc, including getting the violins out and saying how they've ruined my day/weekend/holiday/life due to the fact our flights got put forward a few hours.
The only thing I can think of is a strongly worded letter with added threats of Watchdog intervention.
Otherwise it looks like at least 5 of us will be turning up with suitcases. Is there going to be a cloakroom there?
