Indeed. But the two strange things are that (a) there hasn't been a notable republican incident here for ages and (b) it doesn't say identify a possible terrorist group but a whole race.

I'm just waiting for them to mention the congestion charge.

I'm no expert... but have they thought of speaking to the DVLA and tracing the no plate to find out who this chap is? Just an idea?
