This has been asked before (if you do a a search) unfortunately there is not much in the way of breaks although chew the fat did a night at underground last year. Shame really as I don't mind a bit of it. I'm sure you'll hear some at the usual prog nights :

Your best bet is to go and see Sasha or James Zabiela whose sets now seem to consist of around 85% breaks
