ooh i have become addicted to radio london morning shows this year since ive been working from home... jo good and baylan (god knows how its spelt) in the morning are hilarious and vanessa too. i have not yet plucked up the courage to actually CALL though!

Jo Good is a personal friend of mine! I used to do yoga with her in Brighton.
