Careful there, Robder. You might want to move into the new apartment before you start filling it up with random whims

In my head I've already bought a dining table, sofa, media storage kit, lamp...AND posh fish tank - not to mention the t____!

Christ! Far too many buttons for me! 8O

It's like being at my parent's place - my old man has a studio like that.

I've got one of those Bio Orbs. When I'm sat on the sofa at night with my girlfriend watching telly I spend most of the time just watching my two fish slowly swimming around. It's so relaxing and they look really cool. Although I wish one of the fish would stop growing. I've only had it a year and it's gone from about half an inch to about 6. It looks bloody massive in the bowl!

No they're really easy although fish seem to be more difficult to keep these days. When I was a kid I just stuck one in tap water with no filter and watched it swim. Turns out that was pretty cruel as you have to add chemicals to get chlorine and such out of tap water.

Basically once a week use a syphon to remove 1/3 of the water from the bowl and replace with fresh. Once a month when you do this twist the bubble tube and replace the filter cartridge. That's it!

At least they can't jump out of this like one did from my last bowl

Fish are so high maintenance. It was tiring having to clean the poopie from the gravel and change the water and filter. I had a pink betta named Cletus who survived for three years. His life in that tiny bowl got to be too much for him and he died last year.

Now it's Pacha girls for pets! :D

but I allways thought Pacha Girls also need a lot of maintenance  but maybee doing maintenance on them is more fun than cleaning a fishs poopie.................
