What’s bora bora like?

Is it just a beach bar with a dj?? Does it go on all night?? Do you wear your swimming gear???

You got it.

Dj until around midnight and then it goes indoors. Swimming gear is cool.

Personally don't like it but each to their own

Cool thanks, ill have to give it a go.. Space on Sunday and Bora bora.. there the main too on my list.

Makes sense to try everything for yourself. It is incredibly popular just not my bat
 
We went inside til close when we were there and had a great time - and it was free entry and cheap(ish) drinks :D Plus ace tunage.
 
I personally think Bora Bora is the happiest place on earth 8)

Nothing like wandering over mid-afternoon, sitting on the beach and listening to great tunes, then heading up to the bar area to shake your booty a bit!

Spider-man is back this year, by the way. Yesterday afternoon was ace with Oliver Lang on the decks.

I assume the club inside bit is new for this year? Never saw it last year despite the rumours.

When is it actually on until?
 
inside opens at midnight, then they have to shut outside down coz of the noise. it was there last year.

Not for the openings, or at least if it was, it wasn't obvious. When is it on until?
 
A) In all fairness, before the closure of a few years ago, it used to be 10 times better

b) It's easy to get used to it, and as soon as a bit of cynicism gets into you (as me!) you'll soon be bored of it. For the first few years, I used to think it was the ultimate clubbing experience on the planet.

c) All that said, I did do one small evening, and one massive all dayer down there, and there is a LOT worse ways to spend an empty afternoon.

Yup....it's a beach bar and for many people their time at Bora Bora defines what Ibiza is all about. Most people are in t-shirt and shorts etc but swimming gear is fine (click on my name/profile and you'll see a pic of me dancing shamelessly on the table at Bora Bora in my speedos -- although I did receive disapproving looks from more than a couple of straight guys -- but who cares!).
 
Was at Bora Bora last Saturday & Spiderman did make an appearance. As did the ENgland rugby team. As did a 10 year old kid who must have wandered in and was eventually dancing on a table with 2 gorgeous girls sandwiching him. The kid must have been in heaven!

I'm normall the one who comes to the defence of Bora Bora when other say "it's not as good". However, this time round the music was pretty average, I ahve to admit.

Still great fun tho!

Loved the Portugeuse bongo people livening things ups

(Please excuse all spelling mistakes above. It was a long week)

Best club experience by far for me was Underground on Wednesday Night/Thursday morning.
