Bora Bora in trouble

Pago Pago beach restaurant just up from Bora used to do a wicked Spag Bol. Now they've been bought out or have tried to go up market. Either way it's now shit. What the fukc is going on with the world.

No Bora. No Fabric. Egg and Amnesia will be next. :(:(
 
Bora Bora got knocked on its head the first time it got shut down in 2006 and DJ Gee left. Its never been the same since really. I am still a bit gutted at this as im booked into Bora Bora apartments next week!

Still reasonably priced in comparison to elsewhere and nice food. Yes, they give you a free sparkling wine to kick off but apart from that essentially the same.
 
no idea whats going on - butr stjh that fugly stage is a bad joke. looks like in a cheap resort in bulgaria

Don't know if the police have stopped them. But Jet apartment and Bali beach apartment were pumping out tunes but because they were trying to outdo each other it was a total rabble. Bora bora had no music on at all ...
 
I was there last weekend and it was brutal. DJ booth inside, doors open but folk out with sound meters and coppers at the entrance on the Saturday. By the Sunday the windowed doors remainded closed and there was no music. Place was empty and could only here the bass from Jet pool party.

Sad times
 
we have been there this week, seemed the same as always, Music started about midday, then went indoors about 11:30pm, DJ playing, people dancing outside. Didnt see any police at any point. You could hear the music from down the beach ect.

It wasn't very busy, but it was busier then Jet on Wednesday when we were milling around that area.
 
Yesterday: Music was on, open air, good volume, but beach was seperated (completely closed)

Not quite the same without that view of Ibiza town and the sea but at least the music plays on!!
