I might have to get a hold of some of this bengay. I've certainly got pains that need relieving...

...ofcourse I don't know what you are all talking about, I got lost about the 4th post. Anyway I have been taking dioflenaco and I feel much better :D :D

fallen again!!!!!
have been drug by the doctor to be able to stand up and dont fall in the floor everytime I try to.
I don't mind to seat or to lay down, the problem is to get to that position, get up or seat or lay is very dificult. So painfull.

What is Lumbargo Mikkak? Because I always get bad back pain right at the base of my spine, on my cocyx... it kind of comes and goes but it's always in the same place :?

Becki,
Lumbago is when you are knocked by this bad back pain in that exact place you say (actually the base of your spine is called "area lumbar") and you can't even move.
I had an attack three years ago the day before I went to Ibiza, I was in tears all day cos I wasn't even able to pack, and Pep had to do all my ironing and packing. I even remember me crying on my scooter cos the irregular pavement made my pain still worst  My sis, who is pharmacieutist, filled me with tablets and the next day I was feeling new and raring to go. She says it was the ibiza effect more than the tablets :D

yess it is very painfull, I understand you couldn-t pack or do your ironing, I needed my mother to be able to get up from bed, i couldnt stand up by myself and my legs couldn-t stand up, the pain this time was very hard, so the doctor gave me some tablets to be able to stand up.
I get it now and then, sometimes is very painfull sometimes is just a little pain.
You can be years without it or sudently you have it now and then...:?

Hmmm.. I've never been able to not move but it certainly does twinge and hurts sometimes. It hurts more if I stand up for long periods too, normally when I am out clubbing it is worse! I always thought it was something to do with my posture :? Oh well I guess until I am unable to walk I'll just ignore it

Hi Mikkak

Do you do pilates? I find it really helps my back and the bad back I used to get isn't so bad as it used to be.
