oh there are plans! I think matutes has bought the land if I'm not mistaken and wants to build on it, but they are fighting against it. McRackin, heeeeeelllp, he'll know it!

not only he wanted to build luxury apartments on it, he also wanted to do a new marina right in front that would have had changed the views from the sunset bars forever (i still have the plan that appeared in the press somewhere). he gave up on that silly idea three years ago but i'm sure he still plans to do something with that empty land in the future...
