If you're drinking shorts with mixers: A) Insist on Smirnoff, Bacardi etc instead of the cheap derivatives and B) Ask for no ice- they still fill the glass to the same level with spirits! Also, there is a bar little bigger than a broom cupboard called Los Bodega Gatos on the way to the West End that serves San Miguel @ 1.25 Euro a pint if you're approaching from the egg.
