goin to uni at hope park in scouseland this year, cant wait, was belfast in this crap towns thing or was it just mainland?

I noticed that the worst cities had high minority populations and the best cities were mostly white. That list seems a tad bit racist to me.

When i'm on leave i live in Exeter with my parents, but most of the time im up at Upper Heyford. I do have the occasional drink down their. Its a very nice part of Exeter. :D

I can't believe Scunthorpe isn't on the list :?

I didn't actually grow up in Scunthorpe but I lived in a little village 10 miles away for 18 years and you had to drive 10 miles to get to the nearest 'civilisation' that was Scunthorpe 8O Believe me is there any wonder that we were all drug addicts at the age of 15 :?

But just down the road is Doncaster which is very up and coming.

I've read it may soon been awarded 'city' status.

Not that that should matter but a clear sign of growth around that area.

Good ones: Liverpool, Blackpool and Lapland
Crap: Finland (except Lapland), North Germany

Does anyone live in Motherwell, Scotland?? Is it a nice place to live/visit??

Doncaster!

I had the misfortune to live there for 18 months. The roughest, most soulless place on the planet. A new wine bar opened and prices were approx 15p more than the 'normal' bar prices. The gorgeous bar with cool music lasted about four months, before beingboarded up. Said bar was right opposite several bars that were full to overflowing every week but playing cheesy music and charging 'pub' prices!!
