Best time to go 2004.

Looking for some advice from you regular Ibiza workers.
I heard the best time to go out is around the end of March beginning of April to get a job for the full season, is this right?
What is the best way to get some where to stay and flights in the beginning?

march and april is too early get there end of may start of june tho there will always be jobs thruout the season
