Saturday morning snack - beans on wholemeal toast, at midday, exactly hours before my 3 o'clock footy kick off. (Preceded by an orange and mango smoothy and a banana. What? I've been up since 8, want me to starve?)

Now for a cup of tea.....where's Stoney when you need some method advice?
(Ref this thread (not the 'lost thread' one, or the 'Lost' thread for that matter)for newbies: http://www.spotlight-forums.com/showthread.php?t=29922&highlight=Stoneywatch )

beans on toast are sooooo wroooong 8O

Recommended to me by Arsenal physio Gary Lewin as the perfect pre-match meal, but must be at least three hours before playing. If it´s good enough for Theirry, it´s good enough for me!

Anna has just (excitedly) returned from the shop´s with a breadmaker (a machine she´s bought obviously, she hasn´t just kidnapped the bloke from Greggs you understand....). Looks like I´m on home made bread of a morning from here on in8)

We have one of this. THousand times healthier and tastier bread with no fat or additives. Good purchase ;)

And re beans on toast, it's something cultural, I'm sure they are yummy but I just can't see it
