Best morning snack?

What's your favourite morning snack? Toast with marmite? Buttered croissant? Fresh fruit?

Someone on work has just done a plate of freshly toasted bagels with Phillidelhpia cheese on top Mmmmmm

My early morning snack is grapes, strawberries and blueberries.

If I'm really hungover I have a smoked salmon and egg baguette from Pret.
 
Well I did used to like a banana on a buttery with butter.

This morning I had two glasses of OJ, a bowl of Bran Flakes and now im munching on a bag of Snack a Jacks. Admittedly hungrier than normal but Im gonna cut down even less. Have a nice big bag of raisins I keep forgetting to bring in, but i think i got the wrong ones cause they have a glaze on them which I assume is sugarry stuff.

That said all this is to be washed down by a 2Lts bottle of Irn Bru... (one step at a time eh?)
 
PS. Have you ever tried putting cranberry sauce on top of Philadelphia Cheese topped snacks? Its..... A M A Z I N G ! ! !
 
normally snack on fruit at work....

but..... I love.... cheese toasted with tomato, salt and pepper and cress mmmmmmmmmmmmm
 
I usually snack fruit ar work, but the thing I like the most in the morning is a big fat "bocadillo de jamón" :lol:
 
I was about to post a nice Benson & Hedges 8O then I remembered I don't smoke :lol: :lol:

My fave is an egg and roasted tomato baguette from Pret - once I start getting these in the mornings, I find it very difficult to stop :evil: :evil:

Mmm, love those! I had one of their chocolate croissants this morning, yum.
 
I know it's supposed to be really unhealthy but I can't stomach anything before 11am. Then probably a nice lemon yoghurt.
 
agreed girlies, those pret egg and tomato things are ace, and they make the best choccie croisants too


personally, you cant beat a nice cuppa 3,4-methylenedioxy-methamphetamine
 
something with chocolate in... nutella spread or chocolate croissant and a nice latte.... of course this would be sitting in a nice outdoor cafe watching the world go by!
