Best Ibiza Restaurant? advice needed

just looking to book a table for a 30th birthday celebration for next saturday and need some help in choosing a restaurant!

looking for a place which people would consider to be 'special'... where they have great food, somewhere chilled but with great music, somewhere which is typically Balearic, possibly somewhere which opens til late so no rush to leave... cost isn't important,... was considering KM5 but wasn't sure what the script was with regards to their licenses etc...
All ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Thai'd up in calle de la virgin or La Vaca argentina(near la rotonda not far away from Pacha) is very very good
and not expensive at all

Here http://www.ibiza-restaurants.com/laoliva/main_i.html . Best seafood salad in the world. Some of the main courses (e.g. the tuna) tend to swim in olive oil though.

thanks so much for your advice.... in the end I've opted for KM5, they're open til 4 which means we can just crawl to the separate bar area afterwards.... and love the exotic Ali-baba interior theme...
we'll definitely make a trip to la oliva though after all the yummy reports,
