Another Chance Video - this is how i interpret it:

Desperate burd (TM - wayne18uk) wanders the streets looking desperate.
Bloke staggers past after a drunken night at a Bon Jovi concert (with that bouffant hairstyle where else would he have been) chats her up, arranges to meet her the next day, turns up to see her, pokes head round corner, realises his beer googles have worn off, then makes a quick escape whilst cursing himself for drinking too many buds the night before.
