come on russ, it is the pacha dj awards, the night i went the bloke putting records on just played the same one over and over all night. at least groove armada managed a set!
 
Why do they have a tech house / progressive award? Two completely different genres. Does Steve Bug sound anything like Nick Warren for example? Does he f**k.

Best techno award goes to Mauro Picotto? Pffft.

do any of u's have a clue about techno ffs....was in ibiza at the start of sept there for 2 weeks....picotto has to be the worst techno dj ive seen ever ffs...went to meganite twice marco corla was the guest the first nite i went and he was unreal....picotto is just cheesy techno...2nd wednesday was ben sims the guy is just to good cutted up well mixin every 2 mins like corla but corla was class loopy techno as for fergie hes in the same leauge as picotto ffs...but the best techno set ever i heard has the be SIR Richie Hawtin at cocoon...4 hours of the finest techo ever....the last 1hr of his set was unreal...good hard techno...never heard hawtin that before hope he keeps the good work up :D
