Best Bars on the West-End

Oh my word.. Funky Flares.. spent a night there last year as two friends of mine we're djing in there (Carl Kennedy and James).. only to find that a bouncer from our club home in Manchester.. was sitting on the door there too.

His answer to the guys he used to work back home.. it may be the West End.. but I've got orange trees in the front and a swimming pool in the back.. and its better than Manchester in the rain.
 
By far, best bar on the island is PLASTIK!!! It's in the West End but not full with the typical West End crowd. You must go check it out to see what I mean.

We spent most of our time in the West End drinking at Mr Toff's.

When they weren't showing football the DJ was playing some excellent classics.

10 Euros got 2 Stellas and 2 Malibu and Cokes.

i thought you meant outside surroundings!! i wouldn't know about the inside, not been in for a couple of years and it was called villains then.
 
To get drunk on the cheap go to Bar Amsterdam! Between 5 of us for 10 euros each we got 4 bottles of champagne or 2 bottles of peach schnapps or tequila, 3 pitchers of sex on the beach and two bottles each. Do that twice and you'll be hammered. Bar Amsterdam is also the bar with the porn on. Strikers Bar was good, 10 euros unlimited drinks for an hour. Soul Citys good if you don't mind hip hop and always seems to be busy. Play 2 I quite liked, good music and one of the biggest places in the West End. Didn't notice the heat problems myself, probably because the West End would've been quieter in early September. Star Club was ok, bit empty, but the Irish rep always entied us in. Gorms Garage was a regular with the strippers on all night, you just need to buy a drink or you an get a private lapdance for 25 euros.

That's what I figured. I was at Plastik back when it was Plastik Fantastik 2 years ago when it was still a record shop.
