Barcelona, Can someone please help me out.

I've been numerous times, however I can't recall the names of hardly any place that I've been. A coworker is going to Barcelona in 2 weeks. Can someone please provide me with some good restaurants and some good places to go out?

Salero

Sal Cafe

Tragaluz

Aqua (or Agua?) nearly - if we hadn't been ill with flu

errrr, can't remember the others

We also had an excellent meal in a novelle cuisine restaurant called Plá which is at Bellafila, 5 in the Barric Gothic.

Barceloneta is a great seafood restaurant down at the port.

And of course La Terrazza for the boogie.

No, it just happens to be that this is when they booked to go. I'm sure that they have no idea what Sonar is.

Pla is my favourite restaurant, Sal Café is great for lunch, it's sitted in the beach and Barceloneta or Agua have great paellas and fish
