Yep he's with Natwest now, they havent closed his old one, just told him that from now on he has to pay all charges regardless.

just out of interest which bank is it? mine was abbey and they really were so incompetent its untrue I kept getting duplicating letters from different parts of the bank they were complete numbskulls! they even tried to put charges on my charges even though I was taking them to court
