BAD DAD!!!!

Had my two little girls over for the first time since Ibiza 05 last night.

It all went fantastically. Lots of hugs, stories about playing out, sweets and general loveliness.

They then asked to watch a video in my bed for a few minutes before bedtime...

A couple of minutes later to my horror they shouted that there was a really dirty film on!! I ran upstairs ejected the offending article waffled something about my naughty housemate and then ejected myself from the room.

I then spent the next half hour worrying about what they had seen and how terrible it was for them to see it at such a young age (they are 6 & 8 yrs old!). My housemat reassured me that all would be forgotten and they were happily watching rugrats. Consoled I went to sleep.

After half an hour at work this morning i received a call from their mother (my ex). "Dan? The kids were all excited this morning telling me that they saw some dirty film at your house last night?"

panic, sinking feeling, i want to be sick.

Me, " oh no it was nothing, i turned it off quickly, they saw nothing??"

Mum, "Well Becky went into great detail, she said that a man had his *&^% in a girls *&^!!!"

What do i do?

I have corrupted my kids for life!

They are far too young to see such things, and had no idea about the birds and the bees. They thought kissing was too rude to do in fornt of them!

One night with their idiot dad. Innocence to anal in a millisecond!!

I need to get drunk :( :( :( :( :( :(

Unlucky man that must suck (no pun intended)

I'm sure it will pass in time and there's no lasting damage. I have a ten year old boy and have had similar shocking incidents with the pc etc and they're soon forgotten.

Chin up

I'm sure everyone who has kids has an incident at some point where their kids see something/walk in on them. ;)

Hell... when I was in junior high school, I found my dad's 1970 vintage paperback copy of The Happy Hooker. Read the whole thing before they found it in my room :D

If that didn't traumatize me for life (especially the part about her friend's dog in South Africa), then I'm sure your kids will be ok ;)

thanks guys, i had them over last night and we played Mousetrap and read some stories.

No mention of porn related issues thank god! :D

im still getting drunk tonight though ;) :?

Cool mate - go for it

I remember finding my dad's porn on his computer when I was about 12 years old. It was fairly traumatic because obviously at that age porn is something that only sick people do.. not pretty much everyone...

My dad found out I'd seen it because I accidently left movie viewer open on his computer and so we had to have a long excruciating walk in the countryside to make sure I didn't hate him... god it was an awful day.

I can still remember the pics I found though, not a nice thought...
