Babs' Lastest Ibiza Ramblings and Piccies

I was there for the 2nd tenaglia night, 5 days of heavy drinking (etc.) had taken its toll and i sat in the bar to the left of the terrace planked on a stool (a wooden one) chatting and bouncing my frame about until danny went off. then i was in a total rage when they cleared the bar area and made everyone go either into the terrace for FLG :)spank:) or digweed (who i thought was dull, but i may have been the only one in the party who thought so)

we waited and waited and waited in the entrance area for danny t to come back on but by the time he did everyone was straight and heading back to the apartment, so faced with a potentially boozeless apartment had i stayed, a thin wallet and no tingly toes i followed suit reluctantly

didnt actually meet anybody or put names to faces of those that i saw but it felt almost like being in a local - so many familar faces buzzing about i must have seen from peoples photo albums over the years

I know what you mean mate, the first week we'd just (wrongly) assumed that Danny T would be playing all night on new terrace so when we had a couple of hours of Josh Wink we were just killing time too - we were better prepared the second week and used the Yawnweed hour or so preparing for Danny Round 2 ;)
 
Great review and pics.....you guys look familiar8) i was loose on the island 6 sept.-20sept. 11 more months to go for my return:lol:
 
Great review 8), i wont do mine as it's all pretty much covered.

Other than Digweed was AMAZING. Phil, your mates were spot on. Sarah, he was better than DT ;), even if I was impressed with him too (was he much darker than normal?!), and wouldve stayed on longer had the barry not got tired.

Also would like to point out that Pure Pacha was excellent last friday. Sander k and even Tongy were on great form... how i loved it when he played that Sammin tune (for those that hate it ;)) Still think Pacha's crowd need to have some fun, cheer up and relax a little.

Regarding the poppers and bouncer incident in Cream, i'd like to say paying twice to go into amnesia is great fun and i'll do it all over again if i could.

i'd like to hear more about this poppers incident... i don't think we've heard it quite in detail as we should! ;)

Tom Novy's MC'ing was clearly more important however! :lol:
 
I HATE it when Tom Novy MC's it's one of the main reasons why I won't go and see him play on the sunset terrace anymore :evil: Also his repeated playing of anthems like Insomnia and Sarah McLachlan - Silence.
