Tbh I'm not finding it that hard, I've just started a new job so nobody thinks of me as a smoker so there's not that temptation, I went out on Thursday for the first time and I had a few cravings but managed to resist and the wkend was ok cos Tom doesn't smoke cigarettes. I fear this Saturday could be the real test out clubbing :?

I know it's spooky.... paralel universe and all that I reckon
She's doing it without the patches this time.... she survived a very messy saturday night so think she's over the worst of it but she was evil last monday I swear.... it was like a greek wedding! :lol:

God she's doing really well then, I wouldn't stand a chance without patches 8O Maybe that's why I haven't had moodswings, that's probably explains why Tom keeps offering to pick me patches up and is buying me nicotine gum, he probably fears the alternative 8O :lol:
