As an aside/extra topic r.e. global warming/hurricanes

There is no proof of man-made global warming, well not conclusive and generally agreed by far.
Thats not a reason to say we shouldn't cut emmissions and look after our world, hell we live here.
 
As somebody marginally more famous than me (Bill Hicks) once said "Hurricanes occour in the deep South of the United States because they keep setting fire to crosses on people's lawns- why are they surprised when God wants to blow them out again?"

I had a roommate in college from Niceville, Florida (yes.... NICE ville :lol: ). He told me that they had the largest concentration of churches per capita in the country.... and the highest number of lightning strikes per year :?

Coincidence?

Bill Hicks is one of my favorites!!! I used to have a sig below that read "I'll see you down in Arizona Bay". But, I thought is was to dreary. I didn't want to use the word morbyd to describe it for obvious reasons ;) ;)
