Announcement today via FB :

"Hey guys.....bit of a special announcment here and hopefully one which will bring some sunshine into an otherwise gloomy, hungover Monday for you all :)

We are delighted to announce that we have confirmed an 8 week residency every Friday in Ibiza for July & August at one of our very favorite places on the Island.

The opening party will be on July 5th ...so any of you super organised people that are looking to book up now for next Summer that would be a great time to aim for as we have something very very special in store for you all to kick the season off
...


More details on this Ibizian adventure will be announced over the coming months...including where you will find us each Friday and which of our talented friends will be joining us throughout the season

In the meantime....AND THIS IS THE IMPORTANT BIT we are looking for a few bright sparks to join our team out in Ibiza. So if you are going to be out there for the season or a few months in the Summer and would like to be part of a very magical couple of months then send us a message.......you guys are a lovely bunch of talented people which we are very proud to call our family and so we look forward to having a few of you join the team to help us bring the AoD vibe to a whole new town......we cant wait!! :)

Even more to celebrate together when Paco Osuna comes to town for our WInter Showcase in 2 weeks time!

Intertesting! A PDB Beach Bar maybe? OR a club? But are they really going to take over a room for a few months?

If it's a club what are the options? Space Terraza? Amnesia Main Room (with Marco on The Terrace)? Pacha Global Room (usually taken over by some RnB pap on Fridays in July & August)?
 
I think one the promoters/DJs did flyering for me in Ibiza in 2006.

Is this party good? Credit to me for setting him on the path, eh? :lol:

Yes it's ace so credit due :lol:. Was that Jack Michaels (Wickham) by any chance ? He's one of the main resident DJs since the start but promoters are Colin and Dan, neither of whom I think have done a resident stint on the island ? Jack's intending to do a Season out there next Summer if I remember right.

Been to a few of their London gigs and loved them all. Proper well organized. Full spectrum age-wise but lots of savvier younguns. London gigs are right on and they've even got Tania Vulcano to come and do a London party for them in December. Next one up is Paco Osuna and last one was on the Stubnitz.

Art of Dark have announced a weekly residency at Ibiza's Sirocco Beach from June through September.

The London-based promoters have been throwing parties since 2011, hosting the likes of Kate Simko, Tania Vulcano and Martinez. This summer they will expand to Ibiza, throwing a weekly party every Saturday night at Sirocco Beach in Playa d'en Bossa from June 15th through September 14th. Running from 4 PM until midnight, the free party will feature performances from Tuccillo, Tato and David Gtronic, as well as several yet-to-be-announced guests. Away from the island, the Art of Dark crew will be splitting their time between London and festival dates. Barem and Nastia will join them in the capital on June 8th and July 6th respectively, and they will host stages at We Are FSTVL in Essex on May 25th and Vertigo Festival in Italy on August 15th through 17th.

It's finally here...

We are delighted to announce Art of Dark will host a beach party every Saturday at Sirocco Beach Ibiza, Playa D'en Bossa, running hours are 16:00-00:00 & entry is free for all. Info to follow about some very special line ups...

Looking forward to spending a summer partying on the beach with all your smiling faces :-)
