Armin Van Buuren and Roger Sanchez to move to Space?

First occasion went 1st Week of June and was silly busy. Arrived quite early but by 2am it was a nightmare. Extremely overgrounded - dangerously so. Decided to leave before Guetta even came on. Not a great experience, bit of a waste of money. Nothing to do with the music or atmosphere, just the crowds.

Second occasion was for my Birthday at the closing party. Missus arranged VIP which costs us 150 euros each and included bottle of vodka, all mixers & seated area.

Being end of season it wasn't as busy, but still filled-up later on.

So glad we went VIP. I recommend it, definately worth it... if you have the money to spend. (I could easily spend 200 euros a night without going VIP)

You still have the option of visiting the dancefloor with minimal fuss. Great people, views and service is spot on.

If your going peak season for a popular night I recommend this. Would not bother going again otherwise. Unless the overcrowding issue is addressed.

Afrojack was guest second time round and was amazing (if that's your bag?) Guetta was pretty good tbh. I know he gets a lot of bad press for being too commercial nowadays, and granted, he was never the best DJ technically. However, the mix of music along with his charisma worked well. I feel the whole event lived-up to expectations and beyond. It definately was an experience I'll never forget!

That was the main reason I wanted to go to fmif just to experience Pacha.but Eddie halliwell at cream has swung it for me.maybe next year

Not gonna go too deep into it like everyone else but im personaly made up Armin has gone to wednesdays at space. Its my first year staying in playa den boss a this year after 6 years in san an. I dont mind trance but my girlfriend love its. Ive always taken her to house and techno nights in the 2 times shes been an i promised this year we would go to amarda to see Armin. Now I can do it without missing carl cox on the tuesday and even better its 5 min walk to my hotel.

How did you about arranging the table?

My girlfriend contacted them direct. The email address is on their website.

However, I believe somebody further up said this can be arranged through spotlight, so maybe that'd be a good bet.

wow, just come across this story. Can't believe I'd missed it all along.

The closest I've been to seeing trance in Space was in my first year in ibiza in 2002 during the Radio 1 weekend when Fergie played inside.

I think the main room will be great for this, very curious to actually see it though. Would be good to have a decent house / techno DJ in the other room.

Just read the confirmed line up page above and it has fedde LE grand down to play one week. This is what space needs - a few housey nights. Be was too similar to kehakuma and cannot compete with DC10 and the like.

The guests on his EP/IC tour are quality so this could be a great night. Think Funk D'Void, Sebastian Leger and co.

he seems to be going big this summer, with stages in creamfields and dance valley besides his EPIC show.

some other guests are adam beyer, radio slave, sasha, tim green, joris voorn and zabiela. if he takes a similar direction with his night then i have no complaints.

Sounds just about perfect to me! Saw Tim Green last year and he was quality.

I agree..... I think this is a great move for Space, as much as I'd never go to a Trance night if my life depended in it..... Still think it's a good move.
It totally lacked a trance/House commercial night.
Agree with the post above. Kehakuma won the underground price last year, so BE needed a total re-work.....
