I have to say the older I get the happier I am with my body, in that I know I am never going to look like a twenty year old again with a Kate Mos type figure - I'm just not built that way and no matter what I do I am never going to be able to drastically change my body shape.

I look at some women of nearly 40 and I think I dont look too bad for my age. At the end of the day Mr PL finds me attractive and that gives me confidence in myself . I have stopped faddy diets, and this no carbs after 5pm is no way a struggle and I have lost almost a stone now since middle of Jan - with basically no effort. I now exercise regularly playing squash a couple of times a week and walking the dog every day (when at home I do a few hundred sit ups 2 or 3 times a week).

Mind you there is still room for shi1t loads more improvement but its just a case of looking after yourself isnt it?

My best feature?? My smile and my teeth.

I am a happy puppy these days.....

I go after-work. I went to muscle tone yesterday so am pretty stiff today. The instructor was nice though!
