Hallo zusammen!

Ich suche ab Mai ein Zimmer in der Naehe von Playa d`en bossa oder in Ibiza-Stadt!

Bitte melden wenn jemand etwas weiss!
 
weil sich das Forum unter anderem durch Werbepartner finanziert welche auch aus der Hotelerie, Appartementvermietung, etc.. sind.
Hat schon mal für einen Riesenwirbel gesorgt, und das wollen wir doch alle nicht.

Regelt das, wenn überhaupt über PN ;)
 
die kosten fuer dieses forum können dürften nicht höher als 100 pro Monat liegen, Server mit eingerechnet, jedoch vorausgesetzt, das alles IO installiert ist (Spam,etc...) .
 
it is not simply about cost. our clients pay to advertise. they do not want to see other people with free publicity. the only advertising we allow on this site is for our clients.
 
yeah yeah, got it. just pity that people can't exchange in the way a forum is to be intended for. That's why you have some "Wirbel" here. But ok, I also appreciate a clean forum, free of all this bull**** advertising, everybody seems to be a DJ, and when not, they're posting 20 times their illegal apartment for rent. We know it from our Facebook account, we have to hide 9 out of 10 to see at least something funny or meaningful...

For my taste, its also wrong to provide all these hotel businesses as they are corrupting most of the time governments and finally destroy the most coastlines, on the shoulders of the taxpayers. They made it also impossible for local individuals to rent their place for a living, f** Mafia. It could've been such a nice place

volltreffer. wir muessen eh schon am tag mindestens eine stunde die spammer-anmeldungen loeschen. es sind keine bots mehr, aber echte leute. da hilft kein capcha oder akismet oder sonst was.

unser geschaeft ist advertising. da muessen wir fuer unsere kunden die stange halten!

was passiert denn konkret ?
schon erfahrungen gemacht ?
kommt matutes (als tourist getarnt) vorbei und schlitzt die "illegalen" vermieter auf ?
 
Besser noch, der schickt Dir die Behörden mittels unsinniger Richtlinien für offizielles Vermieten auf den Hals, dass es fast unmöglich ist, einfach mal so Dein Haus für Geld zu vermieten. Und darin sind die mittlerweile echt gut. Die Behörden gehen auch ziemlich vielen Hinweisen nach. Ich selbst habe keine Erfahrung gemacht, jedoch viel von Freunden gehört, die das als Business betreiben wollten. Meine Kollegin, 6 Jahre im Geschäft hat mir auch von jeder Menge Behördenunfug erzaehlt. Anyway, es liegt ja wohl auf der Hand, wer die Gesetze gemacht hat. Nicht das Volk !
