anyone know what Somny is like?

Before heading out I read that it was the one to watch for this year, but when we arrived it seemed that at least 5 nights out of 7 were r'n'b :cry: The only night that seemed to be generating much of a buzz was Sunday, but I would be amazed if it was worth leaving Space early for!
Their flyer people's tactics are also pretty off-putting, even if you tell them you have no intention of going, have tickets for another club or are about to go home, they won't let you past until you've got a wrist-band on.
 
The music policy for Somny as quoted in the July/Aug DJ mag is

"an eclectic mix" - "from classic Balearic through to dirty twisted electro, r&b and dark funky house"

Entrance is quoted as 15-20 Euro

Bar Prices 5-8 Euro.
