Seems victorian terraces are in with the Spotlight chaps - I also have one, although restoration has not moved much in the last two years...

luckily there aint much in the way of restoration to do, just needs decorating to "our" taste. One thing i did notice when i was scrubbing the place, was that all the walls and all the woodwork (skirting boards, doors, frames, picture rail etc are really smooth, so just need painting, no filling, skimming or papering necessary. just cant believe how skint we're gonna be for next few mths :(
 
Lucky bugger, we've just had the whole house skimmed. It took ages and was costly, but i like the end result.

yeah but i'll be too busy thinkin bout the £30k plus i've just made ;)
