Which is a standar work time in England?

Here we have to do 37 hours per week but as most of us do more than that anyway we get flexi time which enables us to take time out and leave early some days etc.

Im moving to a job that doesnt have these benefits but i dont care.

Interesting you have brought this up. Ive been in the same (and first) job for 6 years now and for the first time ever Im really beginning to hate it. I have thought about moving on but I wonder whether that would just me shooting myself in the foot. Ive got a really good boss who lets me take all the time off I want. hes really relaxed about everything. Im also getting a hell of a lot more money than I would anywhere else.
Im just not enjoying it anymore as it has become so pressurised so Im not sure what to do.
