Im off to work in Nanjing for 3 months. Be back just in time for Ibiza mark VI. Cacking it a bit tho, haven't a clue what to expect, should be ok though cos I like spare ribs and prawn toast :?

If anyone's got any advice I'd apprecate it.

Weetabix, beans and custard creams should see me through :D

To be honest, I'm not really a fussy eater and if things do happen to get bad, there must be a Ronnie Mac's nearby, they're bloody everywhere!!!

I saw somewhere tht they've got lots of KFC as well out there :D

I'd go local, though. Chinese is my favorite cuisine... I cook more Chinese than anything else at home.

You should try the snake, we did, and they brought it alive to the table. Then skinned it right in front of us.

I spent a couple of weeks in Hainan in the South China Seas a couple of years ago and I thought the food was fantastic :D. So much so that I started to feel physically better and mentally sharper after about a week on it. I lapsed once and had a KFC and spent the next 24 hours on the toilet so beware 8O My advice would be to have a local help you order food initially until you get the hang of the menus. And the snake is great, though it was cooked when we saw it first!

had a couple of kFCs in HK.

was a complete shock ton actually find the chicken is crispy and not smothered in 10month old grease...

and u get a lil tub of rice with veg n sauce and even lobster chowder and a soft drink all for under 2 quid!
