Anybody stayed at Oasis Bossa Appartments?

I'm going to visit Ibiza the first time with two mates in August.
We've booked Oasis Bossa Appartments cause it's cheap, has a fridge and is located at Playa dem Bossa.

Anybody stayed there before? I'd like to know in advance what to expect (tidy rooms, young party people....hopefully).
