The only other relatively recent major US -> Europe fashion migration I can think of is the "hip-hop look", which wasn't much of a contribution if you ask me!
I can think of a couple more.
The surfer look with Volcom, O'Neill, Billabong (well, Billabong is from down under).
The biker look with Von Dutch caps and wife beaters.
