they did a raid on my hall of residence when I was at university and loads of people ended up in court and had to pay huge fines

In some cases (and certainly not your and the lovely Lady Jam) a license to procreate !!!!!! People (kids) who just pop them out to get a council house and claim family allowance.....

..... especially those folk who step dead in front of you and you run into the back of them...... Oh and a license for people to push buggies - thank you but I dont want wrecked ankles and feet when they run into the back of you!!! Special shopping days for those with babies in push chairs please.....

Work days between 10 and 11.30, and 2 and 4. And any time when I'm in bed/at work/not on the streets. That doesn't mean that my work involves beds and walking the streets
