Nice tunes dude.. here's mine:

1. The Creeps (Steve Bug remix) - The Freaks // Azuli
DC10-tastic dirty little minimal techno number with a flatulent synth hook.

2. MrBlack - Mark Sun // CD-R - What can I say, the best house tune ever produced in the history of music. ;)

3. The Addict - Huggotron // Jack Moves - Chunky, stacatto rhythms and a growling bassline, very tasty indeed.

4. Into the light - Timo Garcia // Berwick Street Records - Seeing this described as 'carnival house' but really it's a mash-up of genres (there ya go Stephen) from electro to progressive to Rio-esque whistles and bongos. Great track.

5. Doctor Acid - The Cheshire Ctaz // Whoop! - Anchored by a lovely tom-led groove, as the name suggests it decends into acidy goodness with an epic bassline.

6. Mbira (infusion mix) - Will Saul // Simple - Appears on James Zabiela's Utilities mix, distinctive tune with a cheeky acid hook over the usual tight Infusion punchy groove.

7. Garilka (Damondo's Achey Breaky mix) - Mark Sun & Damondo // CD-R - Damo's done a bloody fantastic job remixing our tune, expecting some good support for this after the original has been tearing it up all over London.

8. Sweetn.candy - Resonance // oPossum - Still in my chart from last week - really love this minimal sinister bit of German minimal techno. hencforth known as GeMinTech. Or maybe not.

9. Treat me right (Alex Kowalski mix) - The Chi Chi Squad // Audiomatique - slightly cheesy vocal rescued by a lovely progressive backing, perfect for the 4am breather.

10. I know what it's like (to be a dog) - Stick Figures // Risky Disko - this is just mad. Bleep-squeaky goodness, though odd and slightly unsettling lyrics!

01. Martin Solveig - Everybody [Defected]
Lovely house track with a wicked vocal and a nice 60s rock vibe to it. Not quite up there with "Rocking Music" but still a top tune.

Amazing new funky trance track from Solli. Produced to perfection and uber danceable!

03. Kris Menace - Discopolis [Vulture France]
Great electro French house track with a cool vibe and fantastic melody.

Lovely sax-lead funky house tune with an awesome vocal.

Kinda bleepy proggy soulful house with nice strings. Wonderful!

The original was almost funky house, this is slightly more trancey and proggy with a killer bassline.

Twisty tech-house track from Fanciulli and Chatterley. Following on from their awesome remix of Rulers Of The Deep's "Last Survivor", the Skylark boys deliver another killer.

Eric Prydz is behind this wicked tech house tune with a cool vocodered vocal sample.

Nice house track that's a bit different from what I usually listen to.

SB return with something a little different from their usual garage fare with this bleepy house tune. Back with a disco house tune called "Street Music".

Cool string-led house track. Has a nice summery vibe to it.

Great proggy tech-house tune from the Scottish producers.

Subtle 4x4 garage tune with a a nice warm bassline and cool pads.

House tune with a growling bassline and, er, piano.

20. Will Saul - Mbira (Original Mix) [Simple]
Very nice gentle tech house tune that works well as a set builder. The Infusion mix is far more upbeat and has a lot more going on.

the jackin freak mix of this is awesome, got onto it in may when chibuku resident leo belchetz played it at nation and tracked a copy down the next week.


nice jackin beats, sweet vox and awesome acid riff at the end.

As for Mr McCulloch, he's doing some great stuff. He sent me something unsigned the other week and it's one of my fave tracks at the moment.
