I've got a friend who's really into it actually, he gets all excited when he buys cashmere wool and knits hundreds of bonkers scarves because they're all he can knit. He tried to teach me and I could do the beginning bit but then I kept on messing up
I can't really see myself doing it for more than about a week and then getting bored and moving on to something else.
Maybe if knitting was more competitive, like speed knitting, it might be more my thing

Maybe we could take some cashmere to Victoria Park in the summer for a post Saturday night/pre SecretSundaze activity.
Who knows what sort of creative knits we could come up with!

Ooh, I'm really looking forward to the summer, I think I'll start coming down to london on sunday mornings to meet the knitting group and then get a lot of mondays off
