Hi All

When the news came through that Ancient People wasnt happening this year the owners talked about a new place in Ibiza Town. Does anyone have any info on this yet?

McRackin posted the info about it but something to do with owner of Jet not renewing the lease on the place :confused:

i was out last week and gutted to find it closed.

mind u... was always fairly empty when i was there last year...

they did seem to get a few complaints about noise etc. perhaps this is why jet didn't renew licence??

leaves a gaping hole for someone to start a decent bar in playa d'en bossa!! :rolleyes:
 
Yep , it was well and truly boarded up when I passed it last week.

Not quite the same vibe as Ancient People but check out Passion and Manoa near to Space in PDB. They are good spots with nice decor, juices, cocktails etc and a bit different from the run of the mill bars in the area.
 
Heard off an American guy at Bora Bora that the guys who ran it, don't have anywhere else the same. They do however, own the Bali Beach Indian Restaurant just up the beach from Bora Bora.
But due to early morning customers just wanting to drink water and not eat Indian food, they only open normal hours.
