Amnesia opening 2014

What time will amnesia opening start to get going?
And roughly what time will they kick us out?
Determined to stay till the end :D

it'll go until around noontime for sure, but not until 6pm like the closing does. it's also worth to already go at night normally for the opening party, say 3-4am.
 
So we've got the terrace line up. What's everyone's thoughts? Slightly underwhelmed if I'm honest. Main room looks much better to me.

i can understand some people are disappointed not to see maceo plex or marco carola on there, but i appreciate they're freshening things up a bit.

and don't underestimate the apollonia guys on the terrace on a sunday morning/noon time. should be good!
 
I'm keeping an open mind with it but the only one on the terrace that I would normally want to see is Davide Squillace. To be honest I was expecting Carola or possibly Loco Dice (dunno why just had a feeling). Will still be an awesome night/day!
 
Apollonia & davide will rock it. Never seen eats everything. Gonna go catch Apollonia at the weekend will report back on their set.

Maybe they will be added, but the next generation need to shine too!

All depends what you want. The problem (or good thing depending on your view) is opening weekend is VERY busy. I always used to prefer the weekend two weekends after which was when Amnesia used to open. I'm not saying its better but I just prefer the vibe, less busy etc etc.

For Example, last year I did:

Friday: Insane @ Pacha,
Saturday/Sunday Morning: Amnesia Opening,
Sunday: We Love Opening,
Monday: Circo Loco/Cocoon Opening,
Tuesday: Cocoon After Party
 
ooh, apollonia won't disappoint, believe me. think it's a better choice for the terrace morning than loco would have been. and it's always fresh to have some different people playing at opening/closing than the ones who will play the venue every week.
 
Certainly not complaining as I'm more than happy with the main room and I'm open to hearing new DJ's play (never heard eats everything or apollonia live) just surprised there isn't one of the usual 'big names' to headline the terrace.
