we're currently waiting for an answer from amnesia on this.
amnesia closing starts at 11pm on saturday night and goes on until sunday afternoon, normally until about 4-5pm.
during the night, you get the matinée all stars playing on both terrace and main room. then, from about 7am onwards, the headliners start playing.

OK everyone, update about amnesia closing party tickets.
YES they do have an entry time limit - latest in by 6am like in earlier years.
Amnesia also confirmes us the musical changeover from Matinée to Amnesia closing will be at 6am and not only at 8am like the last few years. Definitely worth putting your alarm clock to 4am then. Get your tickets while they're available (and still cheap!).

update: as confirmed by amnesia website/twitter/facebook, ALL amnesia closing presale ticket holders (no matter where bought) must enter the club before 6am.
pre-sale price will certainly rise soon and door prices will also certainly be more expensive if you decide to go in after 6am and therefore buy a ticket on the door. get your tickets now
