Amnesia closing 2010 - Best Party of the Year??

So I arrive in Ibiza fri night but wont be doing any clubbing until Sun morning.

My plan is looking like 7am - 3pm Amnesia; Freshen up and 5-1am Space; 1am - whenever Pacha; DC10 from about 4/5ish into the night

Not sure how that will pan out in reality but lets see!

Anyone know of any parties on the Tues? Blue Marlin closing?

I am going with 20 people. I have no clue how so many people with mobilise themselves but if past experience is a guide will be me and 1 or 2 other fools pushing ourselves. Keen on Pacha just to see the whole Luciano thing there but think leaving space will be the toughie. Depends how good it is I suppose....

Will you be buying the Pacha ticket in advance.. that would be a good motivator to go.

The line up inside the Discoteca doesn't look amazing so you could nip off after midnight I guess. The Terrace might be good at that time though.
 
already got my ticket for this one can't wait! not sure when to arrive early doors or sunrise? i'll split the difference 3.00A.M Then Cadenza @ Pacha sun night!
 
just a reminder that anyone with internet tickets has to be in by 6:30

5-6 is just about perfect time to go IMO, altho i'm a dyed in the wool set my alarm for 7am guy!
 
so, here's my question. been to ibiza a few times but not this closing party. sounds amazing but im wary of fading too early. for those of you who have been before, do you get some sleep and then head there for the day time part (7am onwards), or do you go all night and just try and pace yourself? I'm in to getting messy, just not sure im in to getting that messy!

i'm i am solid early to bed and alarm for 7am guy........easy to go onto space afterwards then.

reckon it'd be tougher if you be awake all saturday, then out from sat night....
 
cheers for the advice Grego...i figure you are about as experienced as most on here when it comes to these things! may get there a little earlier as we fly out Sunday night so Space isnt a real option but getting some sleep before i go to amnesia does sound sensible.

ahh, in the case just do the lot!! when amnesia closes, you'll have time to get your sh!t together, chill, etc before you leave

A little bit of advice please Mr. Grego.

Me and my missus. fly to Ibiza on Saturday 2nd Oct and we were going to do Space closing Sunday. Until I read this thread. I have never been to Amnesia closing before, but it sounds like it should not be missed..

What I need to do is arm myself with all knowledge possible before talking the missus into a quiet night Saturday and early to bed and set the alarm for Sunday 7am and head to Amnesia.

Can we head over to Amnesia at say 9am with no ticket and pay at the door? I read here about tipping the security, but I would rather get a ticket in advance than rely on that. But if I get a ticket in advance is there not a time we would have to be in the club by? If we have money on us surely we'll get in no matter what time?

My missus can't see past Space sunset terrace. Having read the thread it seems reasonable to leave Amnesia at say 3pm, get freshened up and get into Space at say 6 or 7pm and see what happens from then on. Her complaint is when she fades, she fades fast, so will want me to calm my excitement.. We both don't want to miss Radio Slave's set in Space either. DC10 on Monday is a dead cert too.

It's gonna be tough. As long as we can just turn up at Amnesia at 9am with dosh in hand then I'm sure we'll go for it.

Fcuk! The video from last year is amazing! Wish I had the cash and the ability to get the time off work to do this! One for next year I think...
 
next question...does amnesia allow you to leave once you are in there or have an outside area at all? i didnt need one the last few times i went...but then i wasnt trying to go from midnight till 3pm :) I'll last a lot longer if i can pop outside or even leave for a bit
 
20yracidhouse - you can turn up at 9am and pay to get in.

2008 it was a tip to the doormen, 2009 was a full paying affair.

as for leaving and re-entering, amnesia are pretty strict about this, but if you need some fresh air, they won't stop you leaving and will allow you back in.

You can buy tickets in advance for 35Euro from Spotlight or Amnesia website

Just purchased tickets! :)

It states on the email conformation that entry to the club must be made before 06:30.

Anyone know how strict they are on this?
