Afternoon Naps

I'm 31 and i still like an afternoon nap... felt a bit tired so went to my fave spot and snored me arse off for half an hour.

Now i feel 100% productive again.

Who else gets tired in the afternoon? I'll bet everyone. It's not natural to work through the afternoon. 4 million years we've been on this planet and we haven't evolved out of it yet...

so i reckon we never will.

Someone somewhere must have a solution for feeling tired in the afternoon and having to work

maybe we could start a movement...

sum1 once told me not 2 eat bread for ur dinner. apparently it makes u more tired in the afternoon! try lookin after 20 odd screamin kids, thats enuff 2 tire u out 4 the day but also enuff 2 keep u awake in the afternoon if that makes sense! ur lucky u get chance to have a kip!

what is Siesta??
It's a Spanish tradition. In most of Spain, they take off two hours in the afternoon for "siesta" (which translates, more or less, as "nap"). You have a big lunch and, if you've got time, take a nap. People usually eat a smaller dinner late in the evening.

Is spain a real place or just a myth?? i have heard they also have week long partys. clubs that open in the morning and tomato fights. What are we all doing here if this place truly exists??
