Africa to Ibiza

Hi everyone. A bunch of us from sunny Africa are wanting to visit Ibiza from 28th July until 9th August. A return flight to London is fairly cheap from here, but if we book the connecting flight to Ibiza from here, it's astronomical! How easy will it be to just arrive in London, and buy a ticket at the airport to the island? Also. we can only fly into Gatwick or Heathrow from here. Are there any flights from those airports to Ibiza? I have done all the searches, but it hasn't helped me much!
It is NOT easy planning this from Swaziland - trust me, so any info would be greatly appreciated.

You're also gonna get loads more airlines to nose at .. the above is only one!

Not sure about booking when you get over here .. but surely if you book through the airlines web site you pay the price shown there.
 
WOW - thanks for that! Ok..so easyjet says they DON'T fly from Gatwick..only Stansted. How far is Stansted from Gatwick?
I feel like such an idiot that I don't even know the answer to that question!! 8O

either do i and i am english, cant be that far tho they are both in london so no more than 30 miles i reckon.
 
they are both about 30 minutes away from london, but you'd have to go through london on the tubes too, so could take a couple of hours...could you go through Barcelona?

hi! :D Swaziland is a tiny little country under Mozambique and next to South Africa. As for what i'm doing here...I LIVE HERE! hehe. I'm a dj/mom/nurse.

BA Fly direct from gatwick, and when I looked at their prices the other week they were very competative.
