make sure that the barca team take a bucket & spade as chelski may be about to "a charlton" on you and make you play on sand. At the very best prepare for a lot of aerial balls. ;)

Actually, there was quite a bit of normal passing on the pitch in last night's game. I can't imagine it'll get worse before Wednesday (unless there's Noah-like rain over the next 2 days)

Anyway, grego's a scouser. It's Sil and Ferd ;)

on the subject of scousers I heard that some fans were dropping cups of faeces onto the man u fans in the stand below on saturday....I personally dont beleive any self respecting scouser would waste good food like that??

I partly agree with you there Morbyd, I think the pitch is probably not as bad looks. Still not ideal though..
Im now officially s***ing my pants in excitement about wednesday.

I know! I am too :!:

Totally nervous though because Chelsea will have to be in top form to compete and they've been a bit spotty lately. In any case, if it's like last year's second leg, it will be a great game no matter who wins.

Are you going to the game, Ferd?

Sil - más o menos, Hay que los azulgrana traer el balde y la pala para jugar en la arena.:?

i know you can't have two teams but seriosuly los azulgrana are not far behind liverpool in my affections. in fact due to the sky coverage (and the ridiculously long wait for season tickets at anfield) i probably see as much or more barcelona than liverpool.

ferd - i'm excited about wed too, probably more so than our 'boring' tie against benfica:D

cubo y pala, gracias;)

i've been on the season ticket waiting list for 13 years8O . every year they send a letter saying that we're somewhere near the top:? .

if/when we go to a new stadium, i'd get one then but i'll probably be in ibiza by then:x. i might apply for a season ticket for camp nou now:idea:

Not amateurs, but they're in the 3rd division (or League 1, as it's called) and they had won 20 of their past 24 games. However, the goal was scored by Chelsea as a gift to their visitors. Such great hosts! :spank:

If Chelsea play like that again, they will be masscred by Barcelona. But, only about 5 of yesterday's players (and 1-3 of the starters) will start against Barca so it's won't be the same team.
