Absinthe

Ok, we brought a bottle of this stuff home, but have never tried it before.

What is the typical serving size of it??

forget the absinthe , try the ti-punch in bar arte (calle major-ibiza town), made with true rhum(55%) from the antilles 8) ....u drink two at night and u are abble to dance (and more 8) ) until the sun rising...

get a shot of absinth and a wine glass and straw

pour the absinth into the wine glass and set on fire till hot

pour absinth back into shot glasss then turn the wine glass upside down and place over the shot glass.

leave for moment

take wine glass away from shot glass but keep it upside down on the table (this is important)

suck up shot through straw

tilt glass enough to let straw in and suck! (inhaling all the hot absinth vapour)

if you do it properly and you anything like me you will procede to throw up on the table infront of everyone

I think its called a lung
