3 month property rentals. Is there a market ??

Hi

I'm looking to rent my 2 bed apartment in Cala Vadella out this summer. I already know from local agents that 5/6 month summer rentals are pretty standard and apparently don't need the AirBNB style holiday let licence.

Is there a market for 3 month lets over the main summer period? I don't like it in July & August as it's too hot and too busy but that's also when the most work is available for season workers.

Is there a market for this type of let or should I just rent it for 6 months and spend the money I make on hotels to stay in when I'm out there ?

Can’t help much on the rental side, but my opinion on Cala Vadella- very nice indeed

In my opinion I think a 3 month rental you are more likely to see the place get mistreated. I’d go with the latter option if it was me
