3 days in ibiza what shall i do?

hi im going to ibiza with my boyfriend on the 26th aug till the 29th (leaving in the day) which is a tues till a friday morning. only going for 3 days as my boyfriend isn't into dance music at all, we're flying to gran can after.
any suggestions on what to do? where to go? whats good whats bad?
fancied seeing carl cox on the tues at space
not sure about wed
then cream to see axwell,ingrosso and angello

what beaches are good? how bad are the drink prices? any suggestions for the wed night? was thinking meganite but not sure. any suggestions of what to do in the day? eden and es paradis arent really my thing ive been told they're cheesy as hell! oh and staying in san an - whats the transport like to the clubs? what time do they all open and are there taxis or something for the way back?

wednesday i would visit meganite @ privilege... if you like a bit of hard techno like me :twisted::lol:
thursday should be a good party night... but i warn you now it will be absolutley rammed..im talking sardines :p

the drink prices are bad... expect to pay 9 or 10 euros for a bottle of water or beer and 12ish for a vodka and redbull... in the clubs that is

my advice is drink in the westend and sunset cafes to get on it then off to a club and maybe one or two inside if your rich :lol:

avoiding eden and es paradise is wise on such a short trip

right, all clubs open at 12 midnight apart from space which is open from 4:30 onwards :evil:... but to simplify it get to all clubs from 1am onwards sort of thing but around half 10/11ish for the carl cox night as it will be cheaper and he plays his terrace more party stuff early on

there isnt a prob getting to and from the clubs... night buses run every half hour i think from midnight to the main clubs and all the buses stop at san an on the way home.. 2/3 euros max... just ask anyone or follow the crowd!

hard techno... think mauro picotto and adam beyer... if your fella isnt into dance he might not have the best of times :lol: ... convert him in the months leading up to ibiza :p

Monza on a thursday is really good too but thats more minimal, try to check out underground too before heading to meganite, very good bar on the outskirts of st rafael! and yeah if you going to ibiza with someone who is not in dance music just get a new bf (only jocking tho) enjoy ur 3 day stay!!!!

just joshing... ibiza isnt all about dance and clubs

sunset cafes will be a good place to go for non dance stuff.. chilled blissful stuff to enjoy dinner with and a beautiful sunset... cant recommend kanya enough but there all good down there... plus the best bar in ibiza the golden budha 8) mmmmm

earplugs is another option :lol::lol:

fingers crossed if he likes it, 2009 will be longer lol bless him, he's not into much dance he likes arman van helden etc the more accessible stuff. im more into pryda, dirty south, tiesto, a tune doesnt have to have words for me to like it. hoping that the cream night will be really good!

are cafe del mar and cafe mambo worth checking out? they in san an?
 
aww thanks for the advice people :) how much will all three nights cost for entry? heard carl cox is 15 euro entry how do i get it that cheap? how much is meganite entry? im so excited :D:D

carl cox = 15 Euros before 11pm (but he plays a sunset terrace set that will be probably to your bf tastes.. funkier and bit commercial) the night starts at 8 pm and might be free from like 8 til 10 but dont quote me on that :lol:

meganite = not to sure but i did get some wristbands for 15 euro entry before 1am last year... so cant see it being too much

cream = 40 - 50 euros...maybe a bit more seeing it is just still peak season and will be really packed 8O

actually earplugs are the only option in amnesia and the space discoteque :p

get a good pair before you go... second year i went after not having them in the first holiday and i enjoyed the clubs even more

got to love that bass though :twisted:

thanks everyone :) richy you have been incrediably helpful my boyfriend is actually looking forward to it now! i wish i could have done two weeks but i just cant afford it! im saving to do some voluntary work in africa :)

theres always 2009/10! unless everything has been shut down :S
