I read in the Metro on the way in this morning that two people died of exposure yesterday in Moscow Morbyd, you may want to borrow Silv's winter coat and scarf before you venture out

Two died and several more hospitalized. I think the figure goes even higher if you include the surrounding region.

They're asking large companies to reduce power consumption just in case every apartment in town turns on a space heater simultanteously and crashes the power grid.

It's getting a bit extreme when Russians are complaining about the cold even more than I am
