2008- anyone booked yet?

looking at all these airfare deals you guys in europe get makes me so jealous.

....a flight from new york (US) to ibiza in july costs 2500$ (for 2 people).

i envy you all that live closer.

I noticed the prices haven't budged in months. In January of 2007 I booked on Iberia for two weeks (end of July, first week of August) and it must have been a glitch in the system or something because the airfare from NYC to Ibiza (thru Madrid) was $611; with taxes, $691. I called them to see if it was true and the rep said yes, that is truly the fare at this time, book it now because it will go up ASAP. Sure enough, the next day it was back to over $1200 for the same flights. I've been praying for that glitch again but no such luck yet!!!!

scribs- $2500 for 2 RT Boston-Ibiza isn't that bad, considering it's peak season....that said, I usually fly NY to europe, spend a few nights in London/Barcelona/Madrid (basically wherever I can get the best deal), then book a cheap flight from that city- This year I'm going to try and stay a few extra days in Barcelona on the way home as well, and (hopefully)I'll be a bit less depressed than having to arrive home from ibiza and go straight back to work.

I'm paying well over $5,000 for 2 of us to fly from Guam plus another $1,000 for hotel...good lord, it makes me sick thinking about the cost. But, I can't go a summer without dreamy Ibiza so, it is worth the cost!!
I'm back for my 6th summer from 21 June until 3 July...hope to see many of you there!! i'll prob be on the Space Terrace, Bora Bora, or Pacha looking like this hahahaha

Yup - booked for my 5th visit a few weeks ago. Usual story, cheap-ish flight and hotel over the net - its Hotel Bellamar again (tried that last year and loved it - slightly more expensive but I can afford it now!).

Sometime mid-end June (cant remember exactly when at the mo, I am in the pub!)
